Bob was a great person to all that walked his path in life. He was a true Christian and his journey here on earth has come to an end.
Now he has walked through the gates of heaven to be with the Lord. Onward Christian soldier. AMEN

Our heartfelt condolences to you during this difficult time. May all the sweet memories that you have of Bob help you with your loss. When I became employed at the jail I had no idea that I would meet, and become friends with Bob. Bob and I would sit next to each other in roll call and we would have a short chat about what's going on in our daily life. I already have been missing that and will continue to do so. I miss him dearly

I worked with Bob for 22 1/2 years at the McHenry County jail. He was always kind and helpful to me when I was new at the job. I loved geeking out on cars with him. He owned some of the greatest automobiles in his day. He loved saying things were “fabulous “. I had Tira Mi Su at the restaurant it was fabulous. I test drove the newest Dodge Charger. It was fabulous. Bob knowing you and being friends was “fabulous “.

Bob, We are going to miss you dearly but we know that you are in a better place now. We found out each one of us is a brain, an athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal, does that answer your question Sincerely, The Retirement Club. Carolyn, Sandy and Barb. Love you always

Bob was one of the most caring, compassionate person whom I have ever had the pleasure to know, a man whose family was his main priority in his life. Working with him for over 22 years for the Sheriff’s Department I knew where ever he was assigned things would run smoothly because of his calm demeanor and that he treated everyone fairly. Many hearts were broken when you left but you’ve left a piece of yourself with everyone whose life was blessed by knowing you. You have made me a better person and for that I thank you. Rest In Peace my friend and I miss you dearly but will see you again some day.
