To Sandy and her daughters and all family members of Phil...my heartfelt condolences to you. Phil was the most loving, kind, generous man to all he encountered. The world was absolutely better with him in it...and the lives of those he touched were better because of Phil. Now in heaven, he will be watching over us with love and we will miss him immensely.
