Susan Weidner

Susan Weidner, age 71, of Woodstock, passed away May 3, 2021 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Chicago on September 4, 1949, the daughter of Joseph Daly and June Schlacter. Susan married Albert Weidner on October 17, 1969 in Chicago.

Susan was very talented at making websites and working with computers. She loved gardening, being outdoors, cooking, and taking care of her family. Those who new her cherished her as a friend.

She is survived by her husband, Albert; her daughter, Deena (Anthony) Balchunas; son, Gary (Tabitha) Weidner; grandchildren, Owen and Elsie Balchunas, Ryan and Tyler Weidner; as well as many siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 from 10:00 am until the 12:00 pm service at Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home 1710 N. Seminary Ave. Woodstock, IL 60098.
