Patricia Hahn

Patricia Rae (Ehlert) Hahn, 82, of Woodstock, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Hearthstone Manor – Woodstock.

She was born in Woodstock on January 22, 1940 to Arnold Ehlert and Hazel Bird. She married Robert Hahn on March 7, 1959 at Grace Lutheran Church in Woodstock.

When not spending time with her husband Bob at the "Hahnderosa" in Marengo, Pat was very active with Grace Lutheran Church through volunteering and enjoying the fellowship and worship services. She was also one of the original design crew members at Interiors Anew in Woodstock offering tasteful second-hand furniture and goods on the Woodstock Square. She loved interior design and excelled with this passion not only in her own home, but by helping friends as well. Christmas was her favorite time of the year as it would take her weeks to get all the décor just perfect. No year being the same as the last. She also had a love for a great deal/steal when going out on garage sales and playing bridge and spending time with all of her cherished friends. She was loved and will be missed.

She is survived by a son, Dean Hahn; a daughter, Stacia (Eric Haas) Hahn, a sister, Janet (Phil) Parker, five granddaughters; Meghan (Ryan) Doty, Kaelyn (Chris) Forston, Kristan (Dan) Schmidt, Kelsy (Andy) Buhrow, and Linzie Hahn; many great grandchildren; daughter in law, Kim Hahn; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step father Carol Sherburne; husband, Robert Hahn; a son, Brad Hahn; and sister Shirley (Bob) Hunter.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Grace Lutheran Church 1300 Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock from 3:30 pm until the 5:30 pm Memorial Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
