Marc J. Siwek

Marc J. Siwek, 66, of Woodstock, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Fox River Rehab and Healthcare in Elgin.

He was born in Montreal, Canada on February 10, 1954 to Paul and Julia (Lecoste) Siwek. He married Laura DiFatta on July 23, 1983.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Chemistry from UCLA. He also attended one year of Medical School at University of Illinois at Chicago. He enjoyed bible studies, cooking, going out to dinner and sometimes a movie with his wife. He was a sports fan and cheered for the Cubs and Bears. He received encouragement from God, Joyce Meyer and Pat Robertson. He was loved and will be missed.

He is survived by his wife Laura Siwek.

He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant child and a sister, Monique Wilson.

A celebration of his life is being planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Heart Association and St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
