Obituary
John E. Wilson, 63, of Woodstock, passed away January 6, 2023 at his home with his sisters by his side.
John was born in Woodstock on July 24, 1959, the son of Emerson and Dorcus (Griffen) Wilson.
John loved searching and hunting for antiques. He has found many treasures over the years with his friends. He worked for Associated Electrical Contractors in Woodstock for a few years. He enjoyed woodworking as he was able to create clocks, cabinets and many more items throughout his life. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his sisters, Sheila Howell, Judy Kugler and Phyllis McKinley.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and a brother Jim Wilson.
The burial will take place Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11:00am at McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery in Woodstock.
