Javier Rivas Jr.

Javier Rivas Jr. passed away Saturday December 18, 2021 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.  He was born May 6, 1979 in Waukegan to Javier Rivas Sr. and Margaret Hernandez.

He is survived by his father Javier (Graciela) Rivas Sr.; his mother, Margaret Hernandez; a son, Javier Rivas III; a brother, Vicente; three sisters, Carla (Francisco) Gaytan, Maria (Nicholas) Cipolletti and Nilda Rivas; paternal grandmother, Maria De Jesus Rivas; maternal grandmother, Guadalupe Hernandez; many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 Lincoln Avenue, Woodstock on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 9:30 am until the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.  Interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock.
