Emma Graham passed away peacefully on August 6, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. Emma was born December 12, 1948 to Joseph and Nancy Delpino.
Emma grew up in Chicago, Illinois with her 3 siblings. She married Joseph Graham on October 26th, 1991. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the show with her grandkids, going to breakfast at all the local restaurants in Woodstock, and playing with her dog JoJo. She loved to walk the Woodstock Square, especially when the farmers market was going on.
She is survived by her children, John (Laurie) Caccamo and James (Amy) Caccamo. Her grandchildren, Kyle (Brittany), Haylee (Aaron), Lexi, Kayla (Caleb), and AJ. She has one great grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Frank Delpino, Julie Delpino, and Arlene Delpino.
