William E. "Bill" Steiner
November 23, 1950 ~ July 19, 2017 (age 66) 66 Years OldWilliam E. “Bill” Steiner Jr., 66 of Woodstock, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the JourneyCare Inpatient Care Unit in Woodstock.
He was born in Elmhurst on November 23, 1950 to William E. and Cecilia (Goggin) Steiner Sr.
Bill was an entrepreneur and the owner of Bigfoot Outrigger Pads in Woodstock and the Woodstock Car Wash. He was a car enthusiast with a passion for building them and playing in them. He loved to build things and there was never a task too big or too small. His attention to detail, drive for perfection, and the strength in his convictions were qualities rarely matched in this world. He will surely be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Steiner; two sons, Scott (Joanne) Steiner, and Jeff (Debie) Steiner; five grandchildren, Eric, Dylan, Leslie, Stacey, and Jessie; and his sister, Mary (Steve) Nasby.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
According to Bill’s wishes, all services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
