William S. Jiworsky

William Stanley Jiworsky, 66, of Woodstock, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at his home.

He was born December 17, 1951 in Chicago to Stanley and Sophie (Loban) Jiworsky.

Mr. Jiworsky grew up in Chicago, and was a die hard Chicago Cubs fan.  He was known to be a character with a big heart.  He loved to help people in need.  He also loved spending time with his grandkids, and attending their sporting activities.  William was a great papa, dad, and brother and mascot.

He is survived by a son, Josh Jiworsky; two daughters, Sarah Jiworsky, Allison Feurt; his grandchildren, Jonathan Perez, Elias Jiworsky, Vincent Jiworsky; and a sister, Mary Ann Andersen.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Schneider Leucht Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home 1211 N. Seminary Avenue, Woodstock from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Interment will be private in the St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
