Thomas D. Harding, 73, of Woodstock passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at Hearthstone Manor in Woodstock.

He was born October 11, 1943 in Milwaukee, WI to George A. and Madeline (Arntz) Harding.

Mr. Harding was a member of St. Mary Parish in Woodstock where he served as a weekly usher.  Tom graduated from Notre Dame University and played on the 1965 National Football Champion Team.  He was a well respected Woodstock business man, joining his father and brother in the family business known as Harding Real Estate.  Tom served as President of the Board of Realtors.  He was an active member of the Marian Central High School Boosters Club for many years.  He was active in the Woodstock community as well, a member of the Woodstock Rotary Club and the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Harding is survived by his children, Bradley (Tricia) Harding, Andrew (Jocelyn) Harding, Stephen (Lisa) Harding, Tracy Harding; grandchildren, Kelsey Harding,

Parker Harding, Signe Harding, Linzie Harding, Lauren Harding, Taylor Harding, Frank Bungay, Stella Bungay; a brother, John E. (Judy) Harding; and a sister, Mary B. Green; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Anne E. Harding.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Schneider Leucht Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Avenue, Woodstock, IL from 4:00 to 8:00 pm with a wake service scheduled for 6:00 pm.  The visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:30 am.  The funeral Mass will be at 12:00 pm on Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 Lincoln Avenue, Woodstock.  Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Marian Central High School or St. Mary Church.
