Michael C. Fudge

Michael Fudge, age 56, of Woodstock, passed away April 26, 2019, peacefully in his sleep.

He was born December 8, 1962 in Elgin, Illinois to Jasper and Patricia (Lemke) Fudge.  He married Debborah Dalmann on May 27, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Even though their marriage ended, their friendship remained.

The most important thing in the world to Mike was his son, Ty.  Mike also enjoyed anything with martial arts, motorcycles, and tinkering with cars.  He was also a huge fan of action movies.  Mike had a heart of gold and would drop whatever he was doing to help out a friend.

He is survived by his son, Ty Fudge; his ex-wife, Debbie Fudge; his mother, Patricia Fudge; his sister, Michelle (Bill) Fawkes, and their children Brandon, Kylie, and Casie; and his uncle, Eugene Lemke.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jasper (Jay) Fudge.

Pursuant to Mike’s wishes, his final arrangements were handled by his son and his ex-wife.  Mike did not want funeral flowers or anyone to be sad because his life on earth had come to a close.  His fun-loving spirit will live on forever in our hearts.  Be assured that Mike’s soul is soaring, racing his motorcycle down the golden streets of heaven.

Anyone interested in making a monetary contribution to assist with the costs of Mike’s arrangements should be given directly to either Debbie or Ty Fudge.  Anyone interested in making a monetary contribution to a charitable organization in Mike’s name should direct that to any organization that helps rescue animals.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Harvard Moose Lodge, 22500 Route 173, Harvard, Illinois 60033.
