Marek Hiller

Marek Hiller, age 64, of Fox Lake passed Saturday May 11 at home with family present. Beloved husband of 30 years to Elzbieta (Ela); loving Step Father Daniel Bebeniec (Andrea Soucek). Loving Father to Sebastian and Blanca Hiller; Beloved grandfather to Evelyn Bebeniec, Julian and Rose Hiller. Also very dear friend to many. Born in Poland and moving to the United States in the late 1990’s with his family for a new way of life. He worked as a machine operator for many years to provide for his family until he retired early. Marek enjoyed many things in life including painting, classical and country music, armory/ weaponry, and photography. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always good to laugh with. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Liturgical Wake Service at 6:30 pm.  The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 16 at 11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 Lincoln Ave., Woodstock.  Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock.
