My gosh am I shocked to learn that Joe has passed. We were grade school, middle school and High School classmates in Freeport. I lost touch with Joe after HS graduation but did hook up with him at what I think was our 15th class reunion. I don't think we ever crossed paths after that. But I assure you I never forgot about Joe. All the years I knew him, he was as kind of a human being that you could ever meet. And boy when you hit his funny bone you better look out because his laughter was thunderous. Joe even though these are belated thoughts, please know that you were loved by everyone who knew you and you will be missed in this world. There could never be too many of your type. God Bless and keep a place for the rest of us. Rest in Peace my FRIEND!

I only met Joe once but talked to him numerous times on the phone. He was a friendly man that was good at his job. He is going to be missed in the Probation world. RIP Joe

Dear Emma and Family, sincere condolences to all. I'm shocked to hear of Joe's passing. I just learned of it today, I can't believe it. It was always enjoyable to talk with him over the years. I know he is going to be missed, but "not forgotten". Rest In Peace, Joe.
