Jeffrey F. Hackman, 45, of Woodstock died Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Centegra Hospital -Huntley.
He was born in Woodstock on August 11, 1973 to Larry and Patricia (Blanchard) Hackman. He married Chula Kharunan on January 19, 2005.
Jeffrey was a member at St. Mary Catholic Church in Woodstock. He was owner and operator of Mid-America Pools. He was loved and will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Chula Hackman; his father, Larry (Theresa) Hackman; a step father, Tom Stasiak; a son, Nanthawul “Ice” Hackman; daughter, Nadia Hackman; two brothers, Thomas (Helen) Hackman and Daniel (Sandy) Bradshaw; and a sister, Mary Hackman.
He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia.
The visitation will be Saturday October 20, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 12:00 noon Funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church 312 Lincoln Ave. Woodstock. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock.
