Clara Capaccio Obituary

Clara R. Capaccio, age 92, passed away, July 18, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born on March 11, 1926 to Martin and Josephine (Hylock) Pejza. She married the late Vito Capaccio on May 20, 1950 in Chicago.

Clara was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church for 60 years. She enjoyed being active in the church by running funeral luncheons and helping out when ever she could. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and just being around them gave her so much joy.

Clara is survived by her children, Cathy Zimmerman, Bruce (Celia) Capaccio and Michael (Sandy) Capaccio; her grandchildren, Andy Klimczak, April Zimmerman, Anna Capaccio, Nicholas Capaccio and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son-in-law Hartzel Zimmerman and was the last remaining of her 13 brothers and sisters.
