Carolyn Luttrell

Mrs. Carolyn Sue (nee Phares) Luttrell, age 69, of Woodstock, passed away at home on April 13, 2019.

She was born on July 26, 1949 in Taylorville, IL to the late Marjorie Phares (Prater) and Dwight Phares. She married William Luttrell on August 30, 1969.

Carolyn graduated from Taylorville High School in 1967 and attended the University of Illinois. She enjoyed sewing and crafting, gardening and bird watching and loved spending time with her family and grandsons.

She is survived by her husband William, her son Jonathan (Tressa) Luttrell; her daughter Jennifer (Jon) Toussaint; brothers Larry (Laureen) Phares and Ron (Deb) Phares; and grandchildren, Jordan and Duncan.

She was preceded in death by her mother Marjorie Phares.

A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 3:00pm until the time of the service at 6:00pm at Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home 1211 N. Seminary Ave. Woodstock IL 60098.
